Bob Lindsay brings a lifetime of real estate experience to North Capital Funding receiving his license in 1976. Over the years he was partner-owner of a highly successful brokerage in Bergen County, was a top selling agent receiving the Platinum Level Award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and has extensive experience in a variety of forms of real estate investing. Bob serves as the Strategic Growth Manager for the company with an emphasis on cultivating Realtor partnerships.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
